Q How about the sample policy?
Most of our samples are free, except for new moulds and customized logos. Customers need to pay the courier shipping costs. The freight charge is refundable once the order is confirmed.
Q How do you deliver samples?
Customers provide their Express consignee account number. We ship via DHL, UPS, TNT, or Fedex by air within 3 working days.
Q What is your payment term?
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, or Alipay. A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
