Yes. We can provide 1-2 samples free of charge, but freight is collect.
2. How can I arrange sample pickup?
You can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT, or provide us with your collection account to pay the freight directly to your carrier.
3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 500KG. We can process orders below MOQ, but the price will adjust accordingly. Discounts are available for large orders.
4. Do you provide OEM services?
Yes, simply send your samples to us. After evaluation, we can provide customized OEM production for you.
5. What is the standard delivery time?
The typical delivery time is within 10 days.
