The raw material is poured into a reactor; this is the standard equipment for professional production of resin, heated and stirred to produce phenolic resin.
Phenolic resin and additives are mixed in the high-speed dispersing machine. The foam mud is then cut into sheets and pushed through the block machine for logo printing.
