This allows the filling, screwing and labeling of bottles (essential oils, flavours, dyes, reagents...) from 10ml to 120ml in several formats. Fully automatic for large series of products with the Pick & Place system for automatic cap positioning and screw capping. Its speed can reach up to 3600 bottles/hour, i.e. 60 products/minute (for 10ml) and it can be equipped with up to 2 labeling stations. This can be equipped with an automatic bowl infeed (for full auto mode) and an independent rotary table (switch mode) for bottle infeed. It can also be equipped with a marking system on the label or on the bottom of the bottles (optional).
